CICCIOLI MONTANARI

Ciccioli (pressed pieces of fatty pork),  are a speciality of Emilian origin, obtained from a refined and natural pork processing. They consist of fatty and lean parts of the pig, cooked for a lengthy time with spices and flavourings, to completely degrease the mixture. The lean part that remains is pressed to give you all the pleasure of a tender and tasty product.
Combined with sparkling red wine, they are perfect as a tasty starter. In the kitchen, they bring out the flavour in your dishes:
combine them with polenta or used as ingredients of bread and focaccia bread, you will smell the aroma!
