SALAME ALL’AGLIO IN ZIA

It is a pure pork sausage, obtained exclusively from the lean meat, chosen from animals bred naturally. It is then coarse ground, seasoned with fine salt, ground black pepper and minced garlic.
Stuffed into a typical pear-shaped natural casing.
