Spianata Romana is a typical salami of Lazio, flavoursome but not spicy, strictly prepared with a lean pork base, finely chosen and ground, seasoned with salt and pepper and then pressed, giving it the characteristic shape from which it gets its name.
A culinary speciality with a sweet flavour that will amaze your guests for its interesting and delicately peppered flavour.
Excellent with bread and pizza and must also be tried on a “piadina” flatbread with spreadable cheese.
